American Legion Gaming is an official program of The American Legion’s Department of California, created to connect veterans, servicemembers, Legion Family members, and supporters through gaming, esports, and online community engagement. What began in California is now growing into a broader movement, with additional states exploring ways to bring gaming into their own departments, posts, and veteran outreach efforts.
As more departments come aboard, our goal is to help build a nationally recognized American Legion initiative that uses gaming as a modern tool for connection, camaraderie, recruitment, veteran support, and community building. American Legion Gaming represents a new way to carry forward the Legion’s mission while reaching today’s veterans where they are.
