The Veterans' Retreat has been concluded for this year. However planning has already began for next year. The Retreat was a huge success and it was a direct reflection on The Alabama American Legion Family. There was nothing but praise, smiles, and hugs at the conclusion. ALL the veterans that participated found renewed vigor and thirst for life. ALL that volunteered found renewed faith in The American Legion. We are truly One Family, One Team (Post 133 Motto) I do believe it's a fitting one.
